SAT
Prep Workshops
Designed to develop
or provide vehicle that would allow student athletes to attend SAT workshops
prior to taking the test. So many athletes struggle with the SAT, and
a large part of that is due to lack of preparation and lack of access
to preparation courses.

Stay
On Track Program
The major reason student athletes fall behind academically is due to lack
of guidance. Often times athletes have no one to answer to when it comes
to home work, tests, taking the proper classes, and evaluating transcripts.
This program will assign members of the SAI staff and others from the
community to an individual student athlete to act as monitors and manage
the above activities. The monitors will meet with their student athlete
and develop a weekly study plan,gain agreement, and evaluate progress.
The monitor will be well versed on NCAA requirements and will also act
as liaison between teachers and student if there needs to be any intervention.
Tutorial
Program
This program will provide access to tutors for student athletes that are
struggling in various subjects. Tutors will also be available to any student
athlete that participates in the program. Tutors will be provided by various
organizations will be a mix of paid and volunteer help.
Learning
Disabilities Program
This program will also provide specialist that can assist with students
that have been identified with disabilities such as dyslexia, short attention
span disorder, and others.
